While continuing its second night of its concert series; BET Experience 2017 and Goldenvoice invited R&B songstress Keyshia Cole; alongside a special guest; to LA Live’s The Novo Friday night (June 23); and it was literally everything.

In addition to the Oakland native’s lengthy set list; getting the stage hot and ready for her; was We The Best newcomer Kent Jones; who made sure he let folks know just how much he ‘doesn’t mind.’

Performing some of her classics, like “I Should’ve Cheated;” “Love;” “I Changed My Mind;” and more; the hitmaker sang her latest single featuring Remy Ma and French Montana, “You.”

Also; between songs Cole made sure the crowd was feeling alright and even invited her son, Daniel Hiram Gibson, Jr., onstage; who sang along to her favorite track “Heaven Sent.”

Consequently; an overjoyed Cole, who’s recently located her biological father, Virgil Hunter, after 35 years, made sure to point him out and declare her love before the packed house.

We’re sure she definitely made him proud by show’s end!

Meanwhile; Jones, real name, Daryl Kent Jones, opened for Cole, rapping and singing to his catapulting hit, “Don’t Mind,” in conjunction with his other singles: “Alright;” “Get out Ya Momma House (GOYMH);” and “Sit Down.”
