Hollywood Unlocked was on the scene to catch up with R&B musician and actor Ray J as he and on-demand streaming service app Lookhu premiered his visual album series Raydemption.
While the documentary previewed was reminiscent to Beyonce‘s Lemonade; Raydemption takes viewers on a journey behind closed doors with Ray J; showing the many colors, spirituality; and depth to the man of many talents.
Joining Ray, real name William Ray Norwood Jr., was his wife Princess Love, comedian and actor Jackie Long, singer-songwriter Dondria Nicole, producer and TV personality Safaree Samuels, among many other friends, family and supporters.
Offering the vision and direction to the episodic-esque visual album is Antonio Ward.
In addition to Ward; Norwood says Princess Love and Jackie Long helped piece together the visual project.

According to Norwood; the series is the pre-pre-release of his forthcoming album Raydemption; which has yet to be given a release date.
Within the screening, the audience were able to take a listen to a few tracks off of the new album; which we ensure are all bangers.
Moreover; featured in the project in addition to Love and Long; are The Game, Too Short, Snoop Dogg, and Chris Brown.
While Norwood and his team have been working on the project for over a year; the July 8 screening surely confirms it was all worth it.
